I try to watch my carb intake,which is very hard for me cause i love my pasta. I had cancer 4 years ago and after my surgery i feel into a depression and i'm fighting to climb out of it. I gained a lot of weight after that. Yes i was big before but i was not nearly this big. Any suggestions? oh and im also quitting smoking so its a double whammy for me..lol

Anyone Find Easy Inexpensive Way To Lose Weight?

I have battled with weight my whole life. I finally lost 100lbs and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Within 6 months of taking the medication I gained all my weight plus 45 lbs back. I have tried with, exercise but I'm limited to movement. I also have scoliosis and bulging disks in my back that limit my movement.
