Eat slowly and chew very well.
Fiber! Fiber rich foods and a supplement. They have powders you can sprinkle on food so you don't notice it. Maybe ask your Dr to see a nutrition specialist. They can help identify what food you are sensitive to and work on eliminating those foods. Hugs!
