Members responded to someone struggling with severe oxygen drops during basic movement by suggesting accessible, low-impact exercise options that can be done safely at home or nearby. Several members recommended seated exercises and chair yoga routines available on YouTube, aquafit classes for those near a pool, and breathing techniques from the COPD Foundation to help manage oxygen drops during activity. A recurring theme was the importance of consulting with a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially when managing serious breathing issues, along with genuine empathy for the challenges of exercising with limited mobility and oxygen concerns.

try you tube seated yoga for seniors. I was doing a routine with that but I need to start again. We could encourage each other. I have arthritis, severe and cant do much but I can do that.
