I did several years ago I lost over 50lbs on the doctors diet. But then my migraines got bad and my neurologist put me on meds that caused water weight and then I think I have up for awhile. Hard to get back to it.
Hello, JasonAustin, great picture. Try not to change everything a one time. maybe take extra walks, evertime a commerical comes on march in place till it's over. You can get back to the weight you were and lose the other (if their is anymore to lose) just don't give up.
I have been overweight most of my life also. I lost 150 lbs. in my early twenties and then gained it all back. I'm 60 yrs. old now. I do have MS and my my body can't handle my weight. From what I've read, extreme fasting won't work, only make things worse over time as your body gets confused, thinking it's starving and your metabolism may slow down. I'm wondering if you've talked to a doctor about all this. There's one thing I've learned for sure over these years and that's that I need to learn to love myself no matter what my size even if others around me don't like me or disapprove of me. And there seem to be an awful lot that do disapprove. Good luck to you.
I once lost 130pounds, only to put it and more back on. It seemed easy to lose the weight. But keeping it off was so hard. Now it is hard for me to get motivated to do anything. The struggle is real!
Maybe you gave up soda and your headache are triggered due to lack of caffeine
