I Am Looking For A Sugar Substitute For My Tea. What Is A Good Sweetener To Use That Doesn't Have A Nasty After Taste To It?
Artificial sweeteners can be a worse health habit than real sugar. So be careful in your choices here. Going natural is always best. I agree with MOT response, the natural sweeteners such as the plant-based ones such as Stevia are best. Though I personally don't use sugar or any kind of sweeteners in my coffee, tea, etc.
Stevia and another one that I heard people talking about is monk fruit I've never used either one but I heard good things about them
Pure raw honey
