I can't stop drinking the soda. I did for two months and lost 30 lbs. but got back on it again.

I forced myself to drink sparkling water. It was nasty at first but now it's my favorite drink.

When I was having trouble trying to stop soda I tried putting like those packs in my water and tried only drinking water and milk. It also helps to supplement soda for something else that better for you like fruit juice or something. Also sometimes I let myself have 1 to 2 sodas a day and that's helped me a lot. Adventually I was able to stop drinking soda whenever I wanted and just drink water and tea. I hope this helps somewhat. Good luck on stopping soda it is hard to do I will tell you that.

I don't care for plain water. I use a lot of ice add as water and a little bit of fruit juice for flavor
