Any thing with fat will help with cravings. Sugar and carbs are what causes cravings. Eat it and you soon will just be wanting more. Not as satisfying to us as a piece of cake or a big chocolate donut but if one can resist and eat the healthier items it will soon pass. The cashew almond milk has healthy kinds of fats in it . That is a good choice. I sometimes make a shake with almond milk and add some blueberries or strawberries to it. Only fruit I am now eating for weight loss is berries, avocadoes and tomatoes. These are ones lowest in carbs and sugar. Make a mixture of creamed cheese and sugar free peanut butter and spread it on celery sticks. (healthy fats) . Eat a small bowl of plain Greek yogurt. Not the fat free or low fat kind. Add a few berries and some nuts. Mostly like walnuts, macadamia, almonds, etc. Peanuts and cashews are bit higher in calories and carbs. The yogurt and nuts are healthy fats. When I do want something really sweet I have added some sugar free powdered Jello pudding mix to some sour cream of softened cream cheese rolled into balls. The Pistachio pudding is my favorite. My niece likes the chocolate ones. Can also do this and roll the balls into some crushed nuts. Sweet and nutty. Low calorie, low carb and healthy kinds of fat. I like cottage cheese with cinnamon on it. Check out Pinterest if you like baking. There are tons of sugar free low carb recipes for fudge, cake, pies, etc. I have made a few . Using almond flour and Swerve (instead of sugar). But sweets aren't really my cravings. I crave salty foods like chips, popcorn, pretzels, crackers, etc. Some of my friends eat Lilly's sugar free dark chocolate in small portions. Dark chocolate is actually very healthy for the heart. And ok to eat when loosing weight if eaten in small portions. Even my cardiologist approved this. But I do love dark Chocolate so I don't have any will power when it come to this. But remember anything sweet with sugar or artificial sugar will raise insulin levels, stall weight loss , or make one gain and create bigger cravings. Anything Keto means it is low carb and low calorie.

Same. I am obsessed with sweets. My go to is a sparkling water, or a small glass of chocolate milk (lactose intolerant, so I do the Silk Dark Chocolate almond milk).

I also have a chocolate health shake that tastes amazing! It's chocolate protein powder, the Silk milk above, kale, frozen dark cherries or raspberries, and yogurt. Tastes like a chocolate milkshake.

Also, low calorie or alt dairy ice creams are good.

I like to make a homemade protein shake that is like a frosty from Wendy’s. Very satisfying and feels like a treat. Protein at bedtime to reduce hunger and get you through the night. Truvia, or stevia or monk fruit extract to sweeten and then cocoa powder to satisfy that chocolate craving.
