I will usually grab a Greek yogurt and add some fruit or granola. Or sugar free pudding or jello is also good.

I use Greek plain yogurt the fruit will sweeten it
You can use which ever you like but the plain greek yogurt won't have any sugar in it the fruit will be enough to sweeten it

If you are constantly having sweet cravings, the last thing one needs is more sweets (sugar). As these puts one's glucose levels on a roller coaster. Creating more sweet cravings. But the above comments are fine as long as you check the granola that it does not contain high sugar...and watch the calories. One of my favorites also. . Berries are a great and healthy. Especially blueberries. Plain Greek yogurt (without added sugars and fruit) helps with probiotics and gut health. Best to add your own berries. I make the yogurt different depending. I often add chia seeds, and nuts . Almonds are a favorite. But actually, eating more healthy fats such as avocadoes, tuna, salmon, nuts, humus, lentils and beans,etc. and high protein (chicken, cheese ( but no processed ones like American cheese slices, etc) eggs, will greatly be more long time satisfying to curb cravings and prolong hunger. Boiled eggs are often my go to snack .
