I make monthly menus and then I make my grocery list from that I do my meal preps usually i just follow my grocery list but every now and then I do splurge it's in moderation I buy single pack items at grocery store
Journaling helps a lot I don't journal as much I use to
I do keep greek yogurt, frozen berries and a few fresh fruit on hand for snacks I don't keep any unhealthy food items in my house unless I'm gonna splurge then it's only a snack size so when it's gone I won't get tempted to eat unhealthy I've been doing this over a year this is what I do everyone has their own way of keeping on track hope this helps
