I find it easier to look at it as one meal at a time. If you lose control at lunch, don't throw the whole day away. Take back control and do better at dinner. We all struggle with food, that's why we're here. If it was easy we'd all be 110 and healthy! (And stick figures lol) The hard fact is, food tastes good and we like food! We have to find the balance between what is healthy, sustainable and the right portion for losing weight for our situation. Be kinder to yourself but be a boss. Don't go so easy that you let yourself off the hook for every slip-up that you just give up. Own your thoughts! If you find yourself thinking about food, change your thoughts! Trust me, I'm preaching to myself here, too!

We all need to get back on the bandwagon and do it together. We're all here to help one another.

Take it one day at a time one slip up doesn't mean have to rein the whole day just continue with the next meal and then it'll all work out in the end and stay consistent try doing meal prep or you can journal it helps a lot I make a menu and follow a menu and a grocery list as well but everyone has there own preference

It's understandable to feel like a failure when struggling to stay on track with weight loss goals. However, one misstep does not negate all the progress made so far. Getting back on track is possible through small, sustainable changes. Try not to be too hard on yourself. Focus on each day as a new opportunity to make healthy choices. Use strategies like portion control, drinking more water, reducing added sugars, and tracking your intake to get back on track. Support from others in the MyObesityTeam community can also make the journey easier.
