I can tell you that from experience with Alli, it is not something you should be using. I have severe gastrointestinal backlash after utilizing that medication.

That's correct..these item add more harm than relief..Nothing better than good wholesome eating plan and exercise or any sort of activity thAt gets your heart rate up..depending on your level.of fitness OFF course...so take it easy and keep pushing...
