Does This Is Medicine Really Work
Weight loss medication, WL surgery, etc. all usually help with weight loss. But note they are only an aid, not the sole solution for help. One still has to follow a low-calorie diet, etc. Watch portion sizes, etc. and get some exercise. Same things one would do even without the meds or surgery. But many people have issues with controlling their appetites so these aids can be effective. But like most things, they are not totally without risks. So should be monitored by a professional. And unless one is consistent and motivated to continue on with a healthy long-term eating plan, once the meds are discontinued one will most likely gain back the lost weight. Same with surgery. So what works is not so much necessarily just the meds or surgery, but how much one is willing to put forth the effort on the other required actions. No, I have not tried either, as saw no point using a crutch if one can't do the rest.
I tried it and it didn’t help me at all. We all react differently so it may work for you
I was on Ozempic. It worked well. I lost 22 pretty easy didn't take long. But I had bad side effects. Some people do some have none. But it works. I had to stop it I started gaining the weight back without it. But trying a new medicine. It takes long for the weight to come off but I'm not having any side effects. So got to work with your doctor to find what works best for you. My primary doctor sent me to an endocrinologist for help. I hope you find what works best for you.
I've never been on any weight loss drugs or had surgery I've read negative and positive reviews on it everyone is different and how it effects them
