I’m getting sick of wearing maternity clothes! My youngest is 21 but people assume I’m pregnant because of where I carry my weight!

Unfortunately we can't pick just one particular body area to lose weight. Though we can choose one area to exercise to help build muscle mass and strengthen the muscle we already have. Depending on weight, and BMI, muscles can give us a better look by toning and firming. But no amount of just exercise will get rid of the big fat tummies. We all deposit fat differently. And some of us are more prone to metabolic syndrome. And gain most of their weight around the middle section. This actually is the worst kind of obesity as it puts more stress on one's heart, etc. Lack of exercise when obese also adds to the middle fat deposits. Usually if one gets down to a normal weight for their body structure one will eventually lose the fat all over. But problem is these people are ones that have the excess flab of fat hanging on their abdomens. About the only and best solutions then are a tummy tuck...skin removal and liposuction. There are exercises that one can do that help build up the stomach muscles and that sometimes helps if one is not too overweight in tummy area. But the exercises will not reduce the fat in just that particular area as exercise helps burn calories'. But like I mentioned it won't burn more fat in just one particular body area.
