I Tend To Oversleep A Lot. Just Feel So Tired All The Time. Has Anyone Else Experienced This And Has Anything Helped You To Overcome It?
I am a mother of 5 with depression and anxiety as well.
Hi , I am divorced and live alone now for 7yrs .I was married for 28yrs. I left him
I am living with severe depression since I was 19 yrs old I am 59 now ., I also have anxiety and was very overwhelming when it first started and it still can be depending . I also have degenerative disc disease) causing mobility problems. Medication causes me to be more tired than a normal person that doesn't take medications . Unfortunately feeling tired can be caused by medication as their job is to relax the brain and fatigue comes with it along with weight gain bc they give you back your appetite. Hang in there and keep on pushing yourself my doctor told me to walk and keep walking when I told him they are causing weight gain. So I walk not like I used to anymore however it makes you feel good both mentally and physically. Sometimes it takes a while to find the proper medication for depression and it can take a month or longer to get the full benefits from it . Hang in there and keep on pushing yourself bc you need to work on yourself along with the medication . Stay in close contact with your doctor.I know life will get better.. don't give up .I practice gratefulness every as well ,I find it helps change my frame of mind . I hope this helps in some way. I attended support groups as well you may want to ask your doctor about day programs with Mental Health groups to help you . Take Care , Wishing you all the best !!🤗
Have you tried the supplements suggested for depression. I feel like they help me.
