What Are The Best Exercises To Do At Home For Belly Fat ?

Google ..Exercises for belly fat. Most likely something like sit ups. But the exercises are not going to get rid of the belly fat..just tone the muscles under it. One must loose weight first or same time doing the exercises....unless you are already at normal weight but have a little tummy pooch. But sadly if one is at an ideal weight but has a little fat in one area particularly then there is not a whole lot one can do to get rid of it. That is called genetics...blame it on our ancestry. Exercise for toning muscles is always good and often firms everything up more but it won' t get rid of that genetic type of fat. I am one of those people when I am at a good weight 135-140. I have narrow shoulders, small waist and bigger hips and thighs. I was always so envious of girls with a little behind , small hips and long skinny legs. Even when I graduated high school as a skinny 5'5" 105 lbs..I still had hips and a butt.and larger thighs.
Defs start with a walk with your favorite jams, or dance like no ones watching in your room. Follow along to a youtube tutorial or get a trainer at the gym if thats more your speed.
I lhave instagram and follow fitness pages to workout ideas and I also search them on YouTube.
Any exercise that builds your core muscles (abs, glutes etc)..
Planks
Squats
Leg lifts
side planks
Medicine (balance ball) exercises
The more you build up the core, the more muscle will help fight the fat.
I know all these because I use to be able to do these things.. I miss exercising :(
fun ones are zumba and just dance dvd or youtube
