I would say don't beat yourself up! Journal as much as you can. Take it
slow and build up your progress. Do chair exercises! I do bloom young on
line. Drink water all day. Limit your juice and soda.
Surround yourself with like minded people that give you positive support. Maybe someone on the same journey. When you fail, start over again. Don't take any shortcuts. You failed cause you ignored the success you already had and need to be reminded how you got so far.
Forgive yourself for any failure immediately, get right back at it, recommit and reassess frequently and do your best to make your healthy meals enjoyable and fun.
Don't wait to do it. It's an amazing journey
