I'm not on a restriction diet I eat what I want pretty much following healthy lifestyle it's not a diet but a way of life I did cut sodas out years ago I just eat healthy and watch my portions and move some I'm almost down 90 lbs

I'm not sure about anyone else I'm an junk food junkie but I have to watch everything I'm an type 2 diabetic and everything that is good for you is bad and has sugar so everything in moderation but it's not easy I watch my food intake and drink an gallon of water daily
