Why Is It So Hard To Stop Emotional Eating?
It's a feel good thing. I think. I'm an emotional eater. For sure. If I have anything stressful going on and I'm sad ,upset, and crazy stuff going on around me I eat and then I eat again and again. It's a crazy cycle for me. I'd like to know how to stop the cycle for my health. Hope you get some answers from someone who is really educated in emotional Eating. 😊
I can totally relate. I have this eating disorder, sometimes i just like to eat to kill boredom. Other times it's stress induced. Food is comforting. That is the very reason I joined this community to keep myself motivated and let go of these eating habits. I think this is the major roadblock in my journey. Something that keeps me from it is either being too much occupied with work or being around loved ones. But it's a temporary fix. A behavioral change or shift is what is needed to get out of this cycle
