When my doctor 1st mentioned about me getting the weight loss surgery I didn't want to do it because I just thought it was about losing weight, but for me about all the other diseases that I have affecting my organs. Of course the surgery will make me lose weight But it will also help My other chronic disease that I suffer from. That is why I'm having the surgery. From there I will continue a healthy lifestyle change.
I try not to weigh as often. I keep it to every 2-3 weeks. When I did it too often the normal fluctuations like water gave me too much stress. It was hard but when I know Iām staying consistent, it is helpful to wait a few weeks for true fat loss to show in scale
