I have been diagnosed with the same thing so I'm feeling you right now. I try to do as much as I can, but sometimes I over do it and then I'm kinda like down for the next day so I'm trying to adjust doing just a little bit at a time. So I understand when you talk about the pain, because I'm in pain all the time. I've just finished physical therapy myself but I didn't find it to really do any good I go back to my doctor and a week too And I'll see what he has to say

Since you are in jail, they should have nursing area there.
