I would like some ideas on what exercises can I do at home giving my health issues .I want to lose the weight. just don't know what I can do.

Exercise is important for building strength and good for you overall health, but not a great tool for losing weight. Focus more on eating more fruits, vegetables, whole grains (whole and plant-based foods) and less of processed foods, foods with added sugars, and drinks with high calories (added sugar or juices).

Without knowing your limitations I would look up chair exercises and or resistance band exercises on Youtube

They are also mostly chair based exercises so you have something to help you feel more balanced.

I like to do the SilverSneakers classes that stream on Facebook. They are low impact but get me moving.
