Great advise! I did water aerobics 3x a week. My whole body got leaner. And it’s the best exercise for the bat wing arms. Not saying that you have them. Lol.

Try water aerobics. So much less strain on painfull joints. As your weight loss continues you could add walking. But gently. One lamp post at a time. Increas your distance one lamppost at a time to get your heart rate elevated. This produces endorphins which makes you burn your own body fat. And you will arrive home feeling fabulous. That's an endorphins result. For maximum effect do your walking before breakfast so you will burned stored fat. If you walk after eating you will burn any fat you just ate.
When you walk, you should just be able to talk but not sing. That is the measure of intensity you should aim for. Hope this helps. Feel free to ask me more. Happy to help, believe me I know, because I've done all that ALONE! No walking paftner
