Tried it once. But this was about 10 years ago. The food wasn't all that good. I'm sure they have changed some of it. But, it's kinda expensive. I would pay it if the food was good but what happens after you lose the weight and not eating their food anymore?

I bought a weeks supply once and let it ruin. lol It's easy prep but I'm not sure how helpful it would be overall, if you can't afford to pay that much for groceries for yourself. I know I've had a family for the past 32 years and really haven't been able to pay that much just for myself.

yes.in the past. it's good because there's not a ton of prep. the food is at best tolerable. I tired of it quickly
