What Are You Having For Lunch?

Hi! My name is Elena and I’m a Community Product Manager for MyObesityTeam.

I know that eating out can be tricky when there are so many tempting items on the menu. Today for lunch, I had a chicken shawarma bowl from a local Greek restaurant: chicken on top of curried rice with a cucumber and tomato salad. What is your go-to when you go out for a meal?
