Staying Positive and Obesity

I didn't like who I saw in the mirror. Now I'm dealing with it, with the help of this team. Start loving yourself and you will be who you want to be.

It's a bit harder on weekends but I am trying. I know I have to make this a way of life and not just a diet.

agreed it isn't a diet it is a more healthier meal plan the way I see it.
