Embarrassment Over Bigger Arms, How Do You Get Over It?
Hi there! I'm new, and this question has been on my mind since I joined... I have bigger arms, and they are what I'm most embarrassed about aside from my huge thighs... I was wondering if anyone has overcome embarrassment and worn shirts with no sleeves? How did it feel? Have you ever overcome embarrassment when it comes to shirts that show your arms, if they are bigger? I just don't know how to do it... I've covered up my entire life.

I've had the sleeve done. I lost quite a bit of weight. But, due to health issues, I've gained it back. Is there a way to go in and have surgery again?

When I first had my surgery I lost a good amount of wait, but do to other health issues some of the weight has come back on. Can you have the gastric sleeve surgery again? Now that some of the other health issues are out of the way, I need extra help getting to where I need to go.

Does Anyone Else (like Myself) Get "Heat Exhaustion" On Overexertion, Which Then Also Leads To Nausea And Vomiting?
I passed out (only twice) in my life from these episodes. Once as a kid, when I was 10 yo. in a store. I got overheated and passed out on the floor. Almost once, at a local baseball game. It was really, really hot and humid that day, and I even had a cooling towel on my head, but it wasn't enough.
