Having junk food constantly available can definitely make healthy eating more challenging. Here are some tips that have worked for other MyObesityTeam members: Pack healthy snacks to keep at your desk so you're not tempted by the junk food. Fruit, vegetables, nuts, or yogurt are good options. Ask coworkers to support your efforts and not actively encourage you to eat unhealthy foods. Take breaks away from your desk so you're not constantly seeing and smelling the tempting foods. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. And be gentle with yourself if you slip up now and then - getting healthy is a journey with ups and downs.
