I just want to sleep and forget it.

Just like I do with everything that has already happened. I don't beat myself up or dwell on it. Can't change the past. I accept the fact that humans are going to make mistakes, etc. I just vow to do better the next day. Main thing is not to give up over a bad day or weekend. I find planning ahead for meals, etc. helps.

I try to jump back on track with my diet as soon as possible. It helps but definitely a task of trying to stay mindful of my goal and what I'm supposed to be doing to get there.
