I keep a half gallon insulated container of water on my nightstand and I drink plenty of water especially at night.
I like to drink lemon or lime water it helps me a lot also helped me cut out the sugar addiction for some reason
I drink green tea or water helps me a lot but I monitor how much drinking becomes you can get water intoxication drinking too much
For me, I work on art. I keep my hands busy, and I put the food away, so I am not likely to go snack. I hope that helps.
