I am a bit reluctant to give medical advice here as rules discourage us from doing that. If it is bothersome or painful, should definitely mention to your doctor at next appointment. First off are you diabetic? Many diabetics have issues with their feet, but anyone else can also. One byproduct of diabetes is neuropathy. Plus, obesity often causes lots of pressure on the feet and nerves. Sounds a bit like possibly neuropathy. And there are many kinds and many causes. And feels different depending on what nerves, etc. are affected. Some people complain feels like their socks are balled up, some have burning, stinging, numbness, etc. Some say feels like a pebble in their shoes, etc. Many different sensations. A primary care physician can prescribe medication such as Gabapentin, etc., but if very serious then may be referred to a neurologist. Helps to not go barefoot and wear shoes with plenty of toe room and cushioned soles and good arch support.. Good wishes....
