Has Anybody On There Had Surgery To Lose Weight? If So How Are You Doing. What Did You Have To Do Before Surgery.
Thanks so much for replying back to me.
Twice. Checkout my profile. I wouldn't say, "If I can do it, Anybody can do it". I HATE that expression. But when you decide to go that direction, if you decide to, make sure you get a reputable surgeon with great reviews. My first sleeve surgery wasn't successful (and I went with a surgeon who advertised on t.v). The second sleeve (revision) was successful, with a different surgeon (who didn't advertise). I had the surgery nearly 3 years ago. It took me nearly 1 1/2 years to complete the weight loss. I just had the excess skin removed this summer and am thoroughly thrilled with the results. At 66 years old, life has so much more to offer and I am looking forward to the journey ahead.
Thanks so much 😊
I've never had any surgery I'm doing healthy lifestyle and its what works for me everyone is different and has to find what works best for them
Wishing you the best
I had the gastric sleeve July 2023. I lost maybe 20 lbs after surgery and have gained it back plus some. I had asked for the bipass but was denied due to scaring on my stomach.. I have since learned that this paticular doctor will do this with severly obese patients in hopes that they will return for a second surgery. just a note I followed the exact diet for 6 months and only lost 20lbs.
