What Does Everyone Eat At Night For A Snack

I don't snack at night I eat my last meal at 4:00- 5:00

We shouldn't be snacking before bed time .But u can boil an egg or eat a piece of cheese

I was slim to normal weight until after age 55. With both kids grown and on their own, left just hubby and I . Though we both were still working. I got more secondary, as dropped out of lots of activities, less socializing, etc. More time spent at home. Hubby usually doing his own thing and me mine. But bad thing, I developed a bad late night snacking habit along with my hubby as the time we spent together late evening watching TV together or a movie. He was one of those persons that could eat what he liked and never gained weight. But with me, hormones, etc. plus eating more , doing less...I started gaining weight. So during my weight loss journey, this late evening snacking habit was something I worked hard on to stop or at least get more control over. So I do much better now, if I eat a late dinner, then I don't snack. If I eat early dinner or a light one, then I may get a snack. I don't crave sweets, though do like them, so easier not to be tempted . But I do crave salty and crunchy. Like chips, crackers, etc. So popcorn is my go-to for helping satisfy this. I also like Plain Greek yogurt, and I add some different things like nuts, raw almonds, berries, or granola, etc. to it. Or flavor it with the sugar free syrups. I also like crunchy type of peanut butter with apple slices. And I sometimes make my own humus to eat with wheat crackers or veggies. Another choice is celery with peanut butter or cream cheese. Once in a while I may opt for a string cheese or Baby Bell. Or fresh veggies with ranch dressing dip. In hot weather I sometimes will make a protein shake with crushed ice. Like a slurpy.
