I'm finding l-glutamine helpful as it evens out my blood sugar and makes me slightly less hungry. Haven't had any side effects. Might be worth looking into but it's more for physical blood sugar evening out, it probably won't help psychological comfort eating but may cut it down as you feel more full and for longer 💜

I didnt use topamax but a lot of years ago i did diet pills. They dont work in the long run. When you stop taking them the weight returns. I also believe it contributed to my heart condition. Hope this is helpful.

Weight loss pills have never worked for me. I had to actually work on my foundation of health before I actually had any lasting success with weight loss! If you want to know all of that let me know. Exactly what I have done will not help you but the basic information will!

Yes my doctor has me taking that and phenylephrine it's supposed to help with appetite suppressant and energy it doesn't help with energy. If I was you I would talk to your doctor right away because they migraine and seizures.
