YouTube has some great stretches that help with this. Also read that tumeric, Larger doses of D3, and vitamin A help with the inflammation caused by OA.

I have osteoarthritis in my spine and extends down to my left hip knee and other extremedies . I walk when I can and found out that starting of by walking just a few minutes at a time several times a day and listening to my body and not pushing my body pass the limit . I have learned this through a chronic pain management program . This led me to being able to walk for longer periods of time and stop for breaks along the way. Over doing it will cause me to have pain and would take a few days to recover. So shorter walks every day helps keep me out of pain . I believe moving is the key to control pain due to arthritis for me is along with medication and not over doing it by being proactive and not reactive after the fact. Baby steps , physiotherapy, medication and moving a bit at a time, consistency is key and listening to your body works wonders and not giving up. Now I can walk every day for at least 30 minutes without pain . I take amitriptyline for DDD . Walking in the water in a pool is a good place to start it takes pressure of the joints . Wishing you success on your journey. Enjoy your day!! 🌞

I also have oa in about all my joints. Had both knees replaced at same time but unfortunately i ruptured a tendon in left knee 3 months later. I had 2 surgeries to attempt to repair it but unfortunately neither worked. Still left with a weak left leg & surgeries were 10 years ago. Also have oa in my back, neck, shoulders, hands, feet etc!!! I've been living on injections in different areas to try to quiet the pain down but don't last very long!! Also pain pills & CBD to help also. Am not a surgical candidate as I also have numerous other medical problems. I try to eat healthy & I go to a water aerobics class twice a week. I do what I can within limits!! Best of luck on trying to get some pain relief!! I'm working with a pain management Dr to try & help this out. Also have had numerous physical therapy sessions to help but it seems to not make a difference in my range of motion!! If you find a magic cure, I'd be interested to know what it is.

I have bad arthritis in my hip and knee. I was in pain 90% of the time. I went to a pain specialist and got an injection and it worked. Dont know for how long but 80% of the pain is gone right now. Maybe look for a pain specialist near you.

Update: Ok so the shot lasted two and half months so this isn't a on going option for me. Doctor said it's too far gone and I have to have a hip replacement just don't know if I can afford it
