A MyObesityTeam Member asked a question 💭
Kearneysville, WV

I'm not hungry but yet I found myself picking at food. An I will eat something that I know I am not supposed to have . I drink alot of water and I like lemon in it. I'm not a soda drinker I always drink water. I just have to keep food out of my mouth .

I'm a picker, too. Don't buy unhealthy snacks. You can't eat it if you don't have it! Almonds are a good snack that will fill you up and curb your urges to munch.
