Maybe that is the answer for me, Lisa. I get more motivated in a class however as it keeps me accountable.

I go to a Sports Rehab and do 2hrs in a heated pool. I go at 715am 5 days a week. There is nobody but me in the pool.
I am coming out of a 5 yr couldn't get out of my bed. So the pool is the most freeing experience I have ever had. And the lest painful.

Do you have a YMCA in ur town , that's where I go for my water aerobics, I love it, id much rather be in water than a gym!!

The doctor told me that I shouldn't focus on the aerobic classes per say but that I should just start off by walking laps in the pool and work my way up.

Thank you. I used to attend one but couldn't keep up with it now. I guess I need to start on my own.
