What Can I Have For Breakfast That Won't Make Me Feel Sick?

A MyObesityTeam Member asked a question 💭
Meridian, MS

I don't eat breakfast. Even when I'm awake during breakfast hours, I feel like my stomach is still a sleep and not ready for food. I get sick most of the time. I already struggle most days to eat two meals a day, but I need to get up to three meals a day. What can I do for breakfast that won't make me feel sick?

I am exactly the same way, no matter what i try, i just cant seem to do the whole breakfast thing. Not only does my body not want breakfast, i have never been a fan of breakfast foods. When i was on a nutrition program i was told to eat 6 small meals and all hade to include protein and 3 had to include fiber so i would eat a poached egg, 1/2 cup cereal, 1 cup greek yogurt, or a small apple with 2 TBSP peanut butter. Let me just say that the thing i ate most and was easiest for me was the apple with peanut butter.
