I am a couch potatoe. I feel tired and run down daily. I need my life back.

Could you be low on iron? Maybe a multiple vitamin daily?

I would give anything to experience pleasure from exercise. People say they feel endorphins. Me never.

Whenever i'm feeling drained and tired i take over the counter Potassium or B-12's. But, Check with your Physician first. The prescription formula works better and faster than the over the counter brand. I'm praying for your strength and you have a wonderful goodnight.

Exercise exercise in a pool 5x a week and chair yoga. That will motivate u to move your body. And each day u will gain strength and energy.

When I had the lap band in 2006 I went to a bariatric water exercise class. I wish I could find one again for I am just not up to a regular class.
