Vegetables, protein, and some fruit, not a lot. L o w sodium diet is good, Dash diet helps me.

lots of protein, I have so many back problems, that I get a lot of food already prepped for me. Like chicken already cooked but frozen, salsa, canned veggies, frozen veggies, no salt. I do not add salt to anything except tomatoes, lots of water, keep the fridge full of cold water, skim milk, hard cheeses but get the 2oz individually wrapped by Land O lakes because you know how much you've eaten, because I can really put away the cheese,

Your body needs protein, So you need to eat things that have protein in them. No bread, no pototoes, no pancakes etc. Watch your carbs. Drink lots of water.

Need some suggestions as well. Have been eating tuna or rice cakes and is getting boring. Yogurt doesn't fill me. Usually eat salad which is filling
