Agreed Diets don’t work Pills especially don’t work. I’ve been down that road twice in my lifetime. Trust me you don’t want anything that is going to make your heart race. Throw those pills out please or they’ll continue to be a temptation.

I've been prescribed phentermine, but have yet to take the first pill because of the side effects that I just read but I googled it before I read about him here I don't like the feeling of my heart racing I'm 60 years old and if you have to check my heart before giving me these pills something's wrong with that picture in my book so they sit in my drawer I haven't taken the first one too scared..
