Lots of good foods have iron! Most dark green vegetables, red meats and seafood are high in it. And some cereal, like raisin brand! They also sell over the counter iron supplements at walmart and some other drug stores. But in order for iron to bond, you need vitamin c. Which is something the doctor didn't tell me when I changed my diet. So your best off taking a teens women's one a day vitamin, maybe the iron supplements, but try not to depend on them. Work on getting those iron rich foods in you everyday eating habits!

Thanks, DoniLou. I'll get some when we get groceries on Friday.

Add 65 mg of iron daily, you can find it in the vitamin aisle at Walmart
