If you are tired and weak, you may be vitamin or iron deficient. Or not eating enough. Make sure your electrolytes don't get too low. Eat some foods with a bit of salt, potassium and magnesium. Or can take these as a OTC supplement in tab form. I take both . I use the healthy Himalayan pink salt. Use to get night leg cramps. Doc put me on these. No more cramps . Make sure to eat lots of green leafy vegetables, spinach, etc. And get plenty of protein. Taking vitamin D and vitamin B12 is great idea . My doctor put me on these years ago. Make sure your diet is rounded and balanced. Some dairy, lean meats, fish, vegetables and low sugar fruits.

The moments you feel weak and that should only really be the first week or so...grab for some almonds about 5 of them. They will make you feel better
