What Diet Is Best Hashimotos And An Unspecified Autoimmune Disorder?
So, I was diagnosed with Hashimotos's disease, which is a form of Hypothyroidism. And last year was diagnosed with an unspecified autoimmune disorder. I was sent to Rheumatologist due to the fact that had a positive ANA, which normally signals Lupus, but he doesn't think it's Lupus and is treating me with Plaquinil (which is a treatment of Lupus). I'm not sure what diet, or better yet, lifestyle change would be best for me. Please anybody, I need some help deciding. Thank you.
