Limited Mobility And Weight Loss

I have very limited mobility due to a blown out knee and neuropathy on top of degenerative arthritis. I am struggling to find exercises to help with weightloss. Water aerobics is available but limited in my area and the classes are currently full. Any advice would be great

I am addicted to food and there are times at work when its hard to get away from junk food. Whenever they have a potluck all the goodies that are leftover are left in the lunch room for all to see. So im eating healthy but im super tempted by the cake sitting right in front of me. Any suggestions as to what i can do so i dont eat the bad stuff?
