I too love sodas. But knowing how much sugar is in them really bothers me.
It's like drinking water with 9 tsps of sugar in it.
You wouldn't drink that, would you???
I use Meta Mucil to reduce cravings and provides protein.
I take it after breakfast and then in the afternoons and before I go to bed so I don't wake up hungry.

my husband and me used to drink 3 cases of pop a week. When I quit pop I missed the bubbly when drinking so I started drinking carbonated spring water. It worked for me and n ow all I drink is water.Perrier is a good first try

Three bites. The brain doesn't register much additional pleasure after that anyway and I'd end up feeling bad if I ate more or binged. So, when I have a craving I allow myself 3 bites. The craving is satisfied and I am not left feeling guilty.
