Need To Lose Weight

I am 6.1ft and weigh 401lbs

My daily diet consists of:
10 glasses of water
Morning - Oats / Muesli & Yogurt
Lunch - Chicken Breast / Fish with Steamed Veg
Dinner - 3 Cracker bread / Rice Cakes with Plain Cottage cheese and cucumber

I train 5 days per week. Each session would be:
10min Treadmill Walk (1/2 mile)
10min Row
10min upright cycle (3.5 miles)
10min body shaker

In Total if I add up what the machines tell me I burn +- 400 Calories per session.

I don’t weigh daily because my weight fluctuates. I go by how my clothes fit. Right now my pants are just a tad looser but my blouses are really loose. I recommend going by how your clothes fit

Has anyone ever used a weightloss clinic like Dr Bernstein? Their's sound quite good but only if you can spared $1200. -- $2000. Some people might consider the $2000. grant if you can afford to pay in advance. I, personally, can't afford it!

Follow up question- I went to my dr and they believe my symptoms maybe caused by a fatty liver. Anyone else have this? Sounds very common among obese. My Dr ordered a blood test called OWLiver and is supposed to tell me if I have it and what stage. Anxious for potential results.

I eat when I am bored, I eat when I am tired, I eat when I am frustrated. I am constantly eating for reasons other than hunger. How do I stop? It's like it just slips under my radar and next thing I know, I have polished off a whole pie, or cookies or bag of potato chips.
